Nick has worked in the industry for 22 years and has worked for the likes of the Roux brothers and Marco Pierre White for 15 years. He has also set up restaurants and hotels as a consultant.
Denise has worked for the Clarence Hotel under the ownership of Harry Crosbie & U2, Cooke’s Cafe & Peacock Alley & Marco Pierre White in the 3 Michelin Star restaurant.
Stephen has worked in some of the top kitchens around the world including Fauchon in Paris, Nicos (ninety park lane), London, Basement in Sweden and Otto in Auckland. He took over as Head Chef at L’Ecrivain, Dublin’s Michelin star restaurant.
Natasha has worked for Macnean Bistro, moving to top restaurants under the keen guidance of Seamus Commons and Stephen Gibson. She is Head Pastry Chef at Pichet Restaurant.
